Part I OF 2
Sam batted his eyelashes at Dean hopefully. “Please…”
Dean eyed Sam and went back to his Nintendo game.
Sam says "You said you'd tell me a story."
"Oh for..." Dean sighed and put down his game. "What are you 5?"
Sam complained. "Not THAT kind of story." his lower lip jutted out. "The NC17 kind."
'You're not even 17"
Sam protested, "So? I’ve seen a lot more than any other 14 year olds would have.”
Dean considers, "Well, good point."
Sam moved from his bed to Dean’s. Dean looked surprised. "I'm sure you can think of something to help
me sleep." Sammy snuggled up, which caused Dean to bite his lip.
Dean ran a hand through his hair. It wasn't fair for a 14 year old to be so damn hot, never mind that said
14 year old was his brother. "Story, story... Once upon a time there was a Princess."
"And her name was Samelina. She was tall, pretty brunette and had a damn fine pair of ..." He cleared his
throat. "hands. And she lived in a uh... black tower."
"Dude, I said, nc17." Sam whined.
"Who is telling the story, you or me?" Dean smacked Sam's ass and that shut him. "So, anyway, she lived
in this black impenetrable tower in uh... a place with lots of prairie like stuff..”
"It was invisible to everyone except her true love and the uh, mean witch who was imprisoning here there.
Samalina had lived a sheltered life, never had to do anything for herself." Dean continued.
"Was the mean witch called Johanna?" Sam wondered and received a pinch on his butt.
Dean continued. "At any rate, Sammy didn't live alone in the black tower. She had friends."
"Friends? In a black tower no one can see?" Sam looked up, dark hair falling in his eyes.
"They were rats, Dude, that talk."
"Rats... that talk. Ok. I can live with that." Sam yawned a little.
Dean cleared his throat. "Anyway, there were two rats, one called Cal and the other called Jim. They were
putting their heads together to help Samalina because well, she was hot and stuck in a black tower. This
was clearly a travesty. They needed to find a handsome hero to rescue her."
Sam shifted, trapping one of Dean's legs between his; it was probably an innocent act. Dean glanced
down. Ok, he'd let that slide. "The rat known as Jim happened to know a few available heroes. There was
this one guy he suggested. He was totally awesome. He rode around on this cool horse and sliced and
diced evil wherever he went. Chicks, uh princesses were always hitting on him. His name was Dean."
Sam coughed; he may have been laughing too.
"What, you want to hear this or not?" Dean said.
"Keep going...I just wonder why I always have to be the girl.”
"Cause you asked for the story, Sasquatch. Shut it and let me talk. Anyhoo" Dean continued. "Dean was
well known across the uh country. Lots of people were looking for him and such. It wasn't hard for the rat to
locate him. He found him in a local Inn, -ahem- uh recanting his adventures to the populous. He would
sometimes get free beer that way."
"The rat went from the tower to the Inn? That's some rat.' Sam's eyebrows lifted.
"It was fast." Dean said, "The rat said to Dean. Hey, I know this Princess who could really use your help.
She's trapped by an evil witch and she'll be fifteen soon. If she turns fifteen she'll be trapped there forever!
Unless someone finds her and ... "
There was an ‘ahem’ from their bedroom doorway. John was standing there. “You boys should have been
in bed hours ago."
Dean said, "Sam can't sleep, I'm telling him a story. And Dad, I’m 18, remember?”
"Sam isn’t. If I don't see lights out in 20 minutes I'm coming back to knock heads."
"Yes, sir." Dean sighed and cleared his throat as John shut the door. "So, anyways" he looked down to the
wide eyed Sam. "Jim told the gallant hero that the only way to save Samalina was to take her out of the Im--
er Tower and present her with the missing shoe that the witch had stole from her when she was a baby.
See, that's how she was trapped."
"Dude, that's stupid." Sam grunted.
"It's a bedtime story, what do you want?" Dean defended himself. "The rat knew where the shoe was. See,
Dean would have to fight the evil witch er... Ok, Johanna and get the shoe. Once Samalina stepped on the
ground with both her shoes she'd be free. The thing of it is that only her true love could find the shoe. Jim
had to be sure that Dean was right for the job."
Sam started to yawn again.
"Are you finally sleepy?" Dean wondered. Please god, let him be sleepy.
"No, wide awake, keep going, Is there going to be sex?" Sam’s knee had moved dangerously close to a
certain part of his brother’s body.
“So uh.” Dean swallowed. “Dean went to the witch’s house with the help of the rat Jim. Jim knew a lot of
mystical people in the area so he knew how to find her. The only person who could touch the shoe without
writhing horribly in pain would be the Princess’ true love. Jim knew the witch kept it in an enchanted glass
case in her house and Dean would have to find it and fight the creature that guarded it.”
“This is getting complicated, let’s get to the sex.” Sam brushed his knee against a certain part which
caused Dean’s voice to crack slightly.
“Patience.” Dean said sharply.
“Dean easily defeated the creature! It was a fearsome battle, lots of blood. Dean nearly lost an arm
because it bit him savagely and finally he was able to get to the shoe. It was a baby shoe. So Dean
scratched his head and asked how she was supposed to wear a baby shoe? The rat explained that it was
enchanted. It will fit her foot when you put it on her. So Dean took the shoe and didn’t explode, which was a
good thing. It meant, he was her true love. The rat was relieved."
“Dude, that rat’s EVIL. It would have let that hero die if he wasn’t her true love!”
“Technicality, Sammy.”
“I think Dean should kill the rat, a lot!”
“Dean is not going to kill a –rat-, Sam. He’s a hero; heroes don’t kill rats trying to help Princesses."
"So as Dean left with Jim to go find the tower, the witch came back and saw the shoe was missing and she
was enraged! She would never let her little Sammy go…”
Dean heard Sam start to snore gently.
He breathed a sigh of relief.
Sam murmured, “You can finish tomorrow.” He plastered himself against his brother and was fast asleep in
no time.
Chapter Two
How anyone could possibly get any sleep with someone like Sam wrapped around them the entire night,
Dean had no idea. He had been so hard that morning he would have fucked anything on legs not his
brother. Unfortunately for Dean, there was only one way to relieve himself in the shower the next morning.
Thank God for some moments of privacy. He made a mental note to check out the pub later and pick
something, anything, up. Unfortunately for Dean, the day went from bad to worse and then became hell.
Lack of sleep meant that he’d been injured in the fight and John had yelled at him long and hard about not
getting enough sleep. Sammy found Dean lying in bed that evening, his eye black from the fight and
holding his right arm. Dean had avoided serious injury, most if it was his pride. That night John had told
him that he was hunting down the thing and that he’d have to stay with Sammy alone a few days since he
needed to rest and heal up.
Sam had a tray of food and an open beer when he came into their room. He balanced it carefully a hopeful
look in his eyes. “Hey, Dad’s gone. I thought you were probably hungry, so I made you a sandwich. You
didn’t eat when you got back. Ouch…” He frowned when he saw Dean’s eye. “It got you good.”
“Nah, just a scratch” He grinned at Sammy. “Something tells me there’s more to this food in bed thing, little
brother. Not that I don’t appreciate it.” He picked up half the sandwich which was carefully arranged among
some chips. He stuffed his mouth. Sam made a GREAT sandwich. Dean grinned his approval.
Sam sat on the edge of the bed and clasped his hands together as he watched his brother eat. “Well, I
was uh, kinda hoping…”
“Hoping what?”
“That you’d finish the story” Sam toed the carpet which his sneaker, a blush crept up his neck. “I wanna
know what happens.”
Dean blinked several times. “Y’know I seriously made that up on the fly. *I* don’t even know what happens.”
“Please?” Sam lifted his eyes to his brother, hair falling in them.
Dean sighed. “Alright, Alright. After I finish dinner.”
*
“So, where was I?” Dean asked Sam who was nearly bouncing with anticipation.
“We were like this; And Dean had just found the shoe.” Sam declared. He had bounded into the covers
before Dean could stop him and was snuggled up almost exactly as they were the night before. Legs and
arms found their previous places and Sammy sighed in contentment.
Dean grunted, mostly from the pain. Sam didn’t know how hurt he really was and he sure as hell wasn’t
going to let on. It looked like he had another night ahead of him of sweet torture.
“Right, the shoe” Dean shook his head in amusement. In spite of all the bad things around them, Sam
always had a smile for him. It was what he loved most about his brother. Sam always –tried- around him.
He hated being around Dad, but he always tried around Dean.
“So….” Dean draped his arm around Sam’s shoulders. “While Dean was heading to the Tower with his
prize, Samalina wasn’t just sitting on her ass as pretty as it was. All princesses have cute ones, you know.
Samalina was trying to figure out how to get out of the tower on her own. It was kind of hard since there
was no door and the only window to look out of had bars on it. She was pretty frustrated sitting and
studying. The witch knew she had a great brain, so brought her all sorts of books. Kept her busy. If you
remember, she had two rat friends, Cal and Jim. Cal usually stayed with Samalina all the time. He was kind
of her protector.”
“Dude, he’s a rat.”
“Small things can kick ass too, Sammy.”
“Well you aren’t tall.”
“Shut up.”
“Make me.” Sam stuck out his tongue.
“Well, if you’re going to be a brat, I’m not finishing the story.”
“Oh no! Please Dean, please I’m sorry. Don’t stop…” Sammy begged.
Dean sighed and rolled his eyes. He ruffled Sam’s hair affectionately. “Ok. So, the rat Cal saw the witch
coming. She had doubled back to the tower when she found out Dean had stole the shoe. He was already
working on a spell to turn the witch into dust while Samalina was putting salted shotgun shells together.”
Sam stared. “Samalina was…”
“I told you, she was smart. She had lots of books.”
“Ok… If you say so.” Sammy giggled.
“Hey, I put my first shotgun together myself.” Dean said defensively. “So, anyway. Samalina was almost
done when they heard the witch coming up.”
“’I’m going to get you before that boy gives you the shoe!” The witch cackled.
“’The hell you are, bitch!’” Samalina was ready for her. See, the rat Jim had passed on the message to Cal
that …”
“Dude, they are in different areas of the country..”
“They’re telepathic rats.”
“Oh… ok.”
“So, Samalina pointed the gun at the witch and fired! Boom!” The sound was so loud that Dean and Jim
heard it and they were still a mile away and they started to run to the Black Tower. The gun didn’t kill the
witch, but it sure hurt like hell. She screeched and cried and Cal cast his binding spell on her. By the time
Dean and Jim got to the tower, they had already taken out the witch. There was still one problem though,
no door.”
“Samalina took one look down from the tower at Dean and fell instantly in love. After all, who wouldn’t? He’s
that handsome, rugged and well, what’s not to like? Dean looked up at Samalina and was started to see
how beautiful she was, especially holding that shotgun. A woman he could get to know.”
“Do you have my shoe?” Samalina called down.
“I have your shoe.” Dean waved it proudly.
“My hero.” Samalina was overcome with emotion and tears welled up in her eyes. Women, you know. She
almost swooned.
“So how did they get her out of the tower?” Sammy poked his brother.
“I’m workin’ on that.” Dean protested. “Ouch, Stop it. So they figured out that there was some kind of
magical gate because well, the witch got in. If Samalina had her shoe, the gate would appear and if she
stepped on the ground she’d be free.”
“The problem was that Dean had to be the one to put the shoe on Samalina. So, Cal came up with a great
plan. They would turn Dean into a rat so he could get into the tower.”
“That’s so not a good plan.” Sammy shook his head. “I wouldn’t let anyone turn you into a rat.”
“Dude, it’s a fairy tale.”
“Oh… right.” Sam flushed.
“Dean was turned into the most gorgeous rat in existence, naturally. He got into the tower and carried the
shoe up to Samalina in his mouth. He turned back human because the spell only lasted a few minutes.
Samalina was all blushy because he had no clothes. She had to look of course when he knelt by her feet
to put the shoe on. And let me tell you, she’d never seen –anything- like Dean naked. He was –hot-. Dean
looked up at her and smiled. The shoe fit! It became a real shoe and the tower door opened. Dean rose
and swept his arm to the door.
“Shall we, Princess?” he asked. Being the gallant, he wasn’t going to hit on her since he was older than
she was.
Instead, Samalina dragged him to her bed and they had lots of hot sex. Being stuck in a tower all that time
had really deprived her of attention.”
“Dean was happy to oblige.”
“And they lived happily ever after.”
Sam grinned, “You tell the best stories.” He nuzzled against his brother’s neck. “But you need to work on
your plot, which was so full of holes, and no real sex! I wanted nc17 not fluff!”
“Sammy, you’re too young for that.”
“I am not.”
“You are too.”
“Maybe I’ll just take a cue from Samalina….” Sam gave his brother a wicked look.
“What?” Dean was too surprised to move when he found his brother suddenly kissing him. Fuck, Sam had
him exactly where he wanted him. The little bugger had planned it all along. There really wasn’t any way he
could hide his obvious reaction.
Sam couldn’t help thinking that he was thankful his brother did not look like a rat.
